  • Minimum 36” openings to common areas, pool entrance, tennis and basketball courts; accessible routes to fire exits
  • Zero-entry swimming pool
  • Level outdoor gas grilling areas
  • Paved wheelchair accessible walking trail
  • Onsite accessible guest services office, steps to entrance; office has limited hours and staff will accommodate guests as needed
  • Staff has access to information about guest rooms and have been trained to accommodate guest needs within reason
  • Onsite designated & van accessible parking
  • No elevator - most guest units have at least one step up from ground level to unit entrance
  • Property signs are easy to read and non-reflective
  • Accessible meeting and event space onsite
  • Service animals welcome at no additional charge

ADA Guest Room Accessibility Features in select units

  • Most guest units have minimum 32”-36” wide doorways and hallways
  • Closed caption TV in all units
  • Accessible pathways around beds
  • Venetian blinds or draperies for privacy at all standard height windows
  • Kitchen and bathroom appliances, counters and appointments are at standard building heights
  • Smoke, fire and carbon monoxide detectors/alarms in all guest units
  • Trash removal service available upon request

ADA Bathroom Accessibility Features in select units

  • Some guest units have walk-in showers with removable hand held shower heads
  • Handicap shower chair and raised toilet seat available upon request
